
Students for Social Security is
a non-partisan non-profit group of current students and young adults who are
working to: (1) advance evidence based knowledge concerning the role of social
insurance (including Social Security and Medicare) as the foundation of economic
and health security for all Americans including elders, younger people with
disabilities, survivors, women, minorities, and all American wage earners and
families; and
(2) provide public information and education with the aim of increasing the
number of college and university conversations about social insurance as a
universal human right. Students for Social Security is committed to the preservation
and improvement of social insurance programs.
